摘要：

本文运用世界73个经济体20002008年数据和动态门限,将制度质量作为经济发展对OFDI影响的门槛并结合金融因素探究对外投资特征,有效补充了IDP理论的适用性。主要结论:(1)制度质量对OFDI的促进存在双门槛作用;(2)经济发展水平对OFDI的促进产生非线性影响,政府促使本国对外投资产生跨越式发展;(3)金融发展可以促进对外投资,但对不同经济体的影响机理不同;(4)制度质量与金融发展的相互作用对发达新兴经济体产生负向影响,对发达经济体产生正向影响。制度质量与经济发展的相互作用对发达经济体产生正向影响,但对新兴经济体影响更显著。
