摘要：

本文考察了APEC成员结成的FTA的贸易创造效果和贸易转移效果。在实证方法上,使用了固定效应方法估计面板数据引力模型,克服了变量内生性问题,并考虑了多边价格项的影响和FTA的滞后效应。本文发现APEC成员间的FTA通过贸易创造扩大了他们之间的贸易,并且没有产生对于非FTA成员的贸易转移,FTA产生的动态效应使得FTA的非成员国也会获益。
