摘要：

整合资源已成为企业构建综合能力、提升核心竞争力的基础,也是企业在动态的竞争环境中取胜的关键。面临快速变化的外部环境,企业有必要不断地整合资源,形成强有力的整合能力,夯实企业发展的资源—能力组合基础,通过扩展资源基础来提升企业整合资源的能力,以此不断地维持并扩展企业的持续竞争优势,最小化竞争对手的威胁,为企业带来源源不断的高额利润。资源识取与资源配用通过资源整合能力的形成对企业绩效能够产生显著的影响。因而,中国企业应当注重通过培养资源整合能力来提高企业竞争优势,进而提高企业绩效。
