摘要：

当前组织腐败问题受到广泛关注。本文从心理社会微观视角出发,探讨了从管理者非伦理行为到集体不道德、最后导致组织腐败的衍变过程及内在机制。论文认为,管理者非伦理行为诱发阶段、横向扩散导致集体不道德阶段和纵向传递导致组织腐败的3个阶段中,心理动力机制和社会动力机制各不相同。针对各个衍变阶段的内在机制,本文分别提出了相应的管理、控制和治理对策,在此基础上提出了一个组织内管理者非伦理行为到组织腐败的衍变过程、机制与干预的综合模型,总结了对管理实践的启示,并指出了实证研究方向。
