摘要：

自WTO在1994年签署《与贸易有关的知识产权》(TRIPs)协定以来,知识产权保护与国际贸易之间的关系日益成为国际贸易领域的研究热点。本文从理论和实证两个层面系统梳理了知识产权保护对国际贸易的影响效应。理论层面上,本文重点从总体贸易、行业贸易和贸易模式三个方面解读了知识产权保护对国际贸易的影响机制。实证层面上,本文重点从知识产权保护对总体贸易的影响、知识产权保护对行业贸易的影响、知识产权保护对国际贸易边际的影响、知识产权保护和经济发展水平对贸易的综合影响、知识产权保护和模仿能力对贸易的综合影响五个方面解读了知识产权保护对国际贸易的影响效应。最后,论文提出了该领域未来可能拓展的方向。
