摘要：

<正>脑卒中在世界范围内有着较高的患病率及病死率,使人们蒙受躯体及精神的痛苦,造成巨大的经济损失,带来严重的社会负担。针对脑卒中的治疗,各国科学家花费了大量的时间与精力,在各个方面进行研究,并取得了一定的成就。目前急性缺血性脑卒中除卒中单元(stroke unit,SU)、溶栓(4.5 h内)、阿司匹林(48 h内)和幕上恶性半球脑梗死的减压治疗术被证明有效外,还进行了一些有益的探索。本文就近年脑缺血治疗方面的新研究及获得的新进展作综述。
