慢性阻塞性肺疾病 ( COPD)是一种多基因疾病 ,其发病除受遗传易感性制约外 ,也受环境因素 (如吸烟、环境污染 )的影响。而运用多种遗传流行病学调查方法将为 COPD或肺功能与遗传有关的可能性提供重要信息
