进展性脑梗死的相关因素临床分析

摘要：

目的:探讨进展性脑梗死的危险因素。方法:回顾性分析总结了79例进展性脑梗死的临床资料。对其临床相关资料及入院后体温、血压、血糖、血脂及血纤维蛋白原等项目结果进行分析。结果:进展性脑梗死患者血压、血糖、高纤维蛋白原血症、合并感染较非进展性脑梗死组明显增高。结论:高血压、糖尿病、合并感染、高纤维蛋白原血症是进展性脑梗死患者的危险因素。
