摘要：

科技扶贫是将科技知识全面渗透到农业、农村经济发展中,是农业人口脱贫、减贫的重要途径之一。本文以印度BAIF发展研究基金会为基础,分析了印度农村科技扶贫的实践运作及启示,结合中国当前农村科技扶贫的现实状况,提出了完善中国农村科技扶贫的政策建议。
