神经节苷脂治疗急性脑外伤的神经电生理研究

摘要：

目的　探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂（ＧＭ１）对急性脑外伤的治疗作用。方法　对２０例中、重型脑外伤患者缓慢静脉推注ＧＭ１１００ｍｇ／ｄ，每次用药前、用药后１，３小时监测正中神经短潜伏期体感诱发电位（ＳＬＳＥＰ）和脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ），经统计分析用ＧＭ１前后其主要峰间潜伏期（ＩＰＬ）的变化情况。结果　ＳＬＳＥＰ的Ｎ１３～２０ＩＰＬ在用ＧＭ１后均有显著缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＢＡＥＰ的Ⅰ～ⅤＩＰＬ在用药后也有明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论　ＧＭ１可有效改善急性脑外伤患者异常的神经电生理指标，对急性脑外伤有治疗作用
