<正> 脑卒中在许多国家已成为中老年人的主要致死原因之一。其中缺血性脑卒中的发病率约占整个脑卒中发病率的60～80％,而且致残率很高。因此,研究脑梗塞的有关致病因素,对病因学的研究及预防,具有重要意义。对象与方法对象 1.病例组全部病例均为1988,9～12月就诊于天津医学院附属医院神经内科急症室、经CT确诊的首发脑梗塞病例,在天津居住15年以上,当日调查病
