摘要：

目的 :应用中医理论阐明不孕症与血管生成的关系 ,从血管生成角度探讨补肾调经助孕中药的作用机理。方法 :采用自身对照方法对服用中药前后的人着床期子宫内膜组织的VEGF、VEGFR、bFGF/FGF、PDGFR -浕、ＥＧＦＲ进行免疫组织化学的对比分析?峁?:服用中药后 5种因子的表达强度和阳性细胞率均明显增加 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1) ,提示中药具有整体促进血管生成的作用。结论 :服用补肾调经中药后血管生成因子和血管生成因子受体的增强为妊娠的建立提供了基础和保障
