C反应蛋白与脑钠肽在冠心病介入治疗中的意义

摘要：

目的探讨血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、脑钠肽(BNP)在冠心病诊治中的价值。方法测定并比较40例急性心肌梗死(AMI)或不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)组、30例稳定性心绞痛(SAP)组和冠状动脉造影正常对照组(NOR)的血浆hsCRP、BNP的差异,观察冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉支架置入(PCI)3d、3个月及NOR组造影术后上述指标的变化。结果hsCRP在AMI/UAP组显著高于SAP/NOR组(P<0.05),而SAP组与NOR组无差异(P>0.05),PCI术后3d,hsCRP明显升高而BNP下降,术后3个月BNP和hsCRP均明显下降(P<0.05)。BNP在冠心病组高于对照组(P<0.05),PCI术后BNP下降。NOR组冠状动脉造影术后hsCRP和BNP均无明显变化。结论hsCRP是反映冠状动脉粥样斑块稳定性的一个指标,BNP能反映冠心病患者心功能的恢复。
