银丹心脑通软胶囊对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者踝臂指数的影响

摘要：

目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对冠心病患者踝臂指教(ABI)的影响。方法将92例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组予以冠心病常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加服银丹心脑通软胶囊,治疗16周。测定治疗前后患者ABI值及血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化。结果治疗前两组患者ABI、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、hs-CRP等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗16周后观察组患者ABI升高,TC、LDL-C、hs-CRP下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊可提高冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者ABI,对炎症反应有一定的抑制作用。
