OX40和OX40L在免疫应答中的特点及其应用

摘要
OX4 0 /OX4 0L是T APC应答过程中的一对重要的协同刺激分子。当T细胞上的OX4 0与APC上的OX4 0L结合 ,OX4 0就将一个协同刺激信号传递给T细胞 ,促进了细胞克隆的扩增和增强其效应功能。OX4 0主要作用于T细胞效应的晚期阶段 ,能促进更多的记忆T细胞生成。在疾病过程中 ,OX4 0仅表达在炎症浸润部位的抗原特异性CD4 + T细胞上 ,因此可为临床诊断和疾病治疗提供依据 ,而且可能成为免疫干预疾病的理想模式
