我国农村生活能源消费现状、发展趋势及决定因素分析——基于四省两期调研的实证研究

摘要：

促进农村能源消费结构优化和可再生能源利用对缓解我国能源安全和减少环境污染具有重要意义。本文基于4省409户农户的两期实地调查数据,研究了我国农村生活能源消费现状、发展趋势及其决定因素。研究表明,我国农村生活能源消费仍以秸秆和薪柴等传统生物质能为主,尽管其所占比例呈明显下降趋势,但仍占生活能源消费的60%以上;电能、燃煤、燃气等化石能源消费快速上升;太阳能、沼气等新型能源发展较快,但所占比例依然较低。计量经济模型估计结果表明,收入水平和劳动力成本是影响农村生活能源消费的决定性因素,能源市场发育程度、户主受教育程度和非农就业经历、家庭人口结构特征等因素对农村生活能源消费也具有重要影响。
