摘要：

<正>全球每年有超过500万的新发脑卒中患者,我国脑血管病的发病率有逐年增加和年轻化的趋势,死亡率高,致残高、预后差、恢复困难〔1〕。大量证据表明缺血半暗带的持续时间变化差别很大,有些地方长达48 h,而有些地方只有3 h或更短,这主要取决于局部缺血的基本机制和血管的再通率。53项数据的研究表明,急性缺血性脑卒中患者血管再通,血流再灌注可明显提高功能预后、降低死亡率〔2〕。药物溶栓闭塞血管再通率
