摘要
<正> 动脉粥样硬化(AS)是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一。动脉粥样硬化所导致的冠心病巳成为严重危害人类健康的疾病。研究证明,在AS的诸多危险因素中高脂血症是最重要的危险因素。运动可能通过两种机制对预防或延缓AS的发生产生作用:一是通过增加心输出量及血容量而产生的
