摘要：

目的为满足老年人的特殊需求、增加老年人在真实生活中与其他成员相遇的机会,开发老年人的在线社交平台。方法通过访谈深入了解老年人需求,开发老年人的在线社交平台。结果 (1)老年人使用手机和电脑的主要目的是与家人或朋友保持联系;(2)老年人的社交圈子缩小,并对陌生人有所保留,体验到一定程度的孤独感;(3)老年人对新技术持积极的态度,但强调学习的困难;(4)在线社交平台可以帮助老年人智能化搜索其他成员以安排闲暇时间的活动,另外也可自由使用该平台提供的电话本、显示朋友位置的地图以及闲暇时间活动偏好系统等功能。结论在线社交平台设计符合以用户为中心的设计理念,能够满足老年人安排休闲活动,增进现实生活中相遇机会,防止孤独和社会排斥,促进老年人心理健康的宗旨。
