摘要：

欧盟作为大型的国际联盟,在数字资源长期保存方面还未建立起统一的法律法规或者战略来联合维护欧盟范围内的数字资源的统筹管理。本文试图通过欧盟对数字资源长期保存的发展简介、议程安排以及欧盟和成员国对此作出的战略部署进行分析和梳理,从而为我国的数字资源长期保存提供生动的实例。
