人力资本积累对我国经济增长影响的机制分析

摘要：

随着我国可转移劳动力存量的下降,以提高劳动生产力水平为目的的人力资本积累或是未来推动我国经济发展方式转变的重要动力之一。将资本利用率与代表人力资本积累的劳动生产力作为内生因素引入RBC模型,检验了各主要经济指标对这两个因素的脉冲响应。研究结果发现:在我国经济起飞阶段,人力资本对总产出的贡献要大于资本利用率增长的贡献;相对于资本利用率,以提高劳动生产力水平、降低单位劳动成本的人力资本积累,或是解决我国短期产业加速转移及产业升级滞后所带来的经济增速放缓的有效手段。
