异丙酚和依达拉奉对脑缺血/再灌注损伤保护作用的研究比较

2007年5—12月,本课题组通过制备谷氨酸(Glu)毒性神经细胞损伤模型,体外培养乳鼠脑皮质细胞,用异丙酚和依达拉奉进行预处理,观察比较二者对模型大鼠的疗效,并探讨其机制。1 材料与方法1.1 乳鼠大脑皮质神经细胞原代培养及鉴定:取出生24 h 内的 SD 乳鼠(由贵
