互联网上的公共领域和群体极化——整合视野的思考

摘要：

公共领域和群体极化是目前研究互联网公共讨论的两个重要理论视角,其基本观点却相互矛盾。本文对相关研究进行回顾和梳理,认为公共领域和群体极化只是同一个问题的两面。一方面,公共领域最终形成的是同质群体;另一方面,群体内成员的观点必然有所差异,从而可以形成理性的讨论。本文认为,互联网技术给群体关系和公共讨论带来新的特征和挑战,从整合的视野,值得关注的问题包括:互联网讨论与真实生活感知的关系、互联网平台的技术控制因素和互联网讨论在现实社会的功能。
