摘要：

21世纪的美国教育历经改革,目前各州普遍采用成长评估模型对学生进行评价。学生成长百分等级模型可以不依赖纵向量表进行成长评估,不包含线性假设和方差齐性假设,具有较大的灵活性,已经成为美国使用最为广泛的一种成长评估模型。借助现代信息技术,依托大型的学生数据库,多维的、动态的成长评估可以向家长、教师、学校和教育行政管理机构提供更加丰富的反馈信息,对学生的学习和教师教学的改进提出更具体、更有针对性的建议。
