摘要：

航空大都市发展模式正在中国乃至全世界取得显著成就,它是促进机场及其周边区域发展的重要途径,对促进机场及其工商业的发展,提高区域竞争力至关重要。航空大都市发展模式的核心是通过降低区域乃至全球的空间和时间摩擦来产生"速度经济"。航空大都市规划原理的提出将通过提高机场周边区域的通达性、人口与货物的流动性以及土地开发产生经济效益。需要重点强调的是,只有通过整合航空大都市的地面交通规划和商业区规划,培育机场以及机场所服务的工商业和周边地区的竞争优势才能降低"最后一英里"的成本,提高物流效率。
