国内外跨境物流联盟运作机制研究现状

摘要：

跨境物流联盟作为一种新型的物流发展模式,成为未来驱动物流业发展的新动力,近年随着"一带一路"建设进程的加快,跨境物流和物流联盟也已成为新的研究热点。检索国内外相关文献并筛选出其中具有代表性的文章,进行梳理发现,关于跨境物流联盟的研究内容比较丰富,涉及范围也比较全面,主要包括了跨境物流联盟构建形态、结构分析、运作机理、价值创造、利益分配及稳定性、运作风险等一系列理论与实际问题,但也存在着诸多不足,如未充分涉及实际运作中存在的现实问题。今后可在有效提升联盟管理能力、构建跨境联盟平台及内部各要素的评价指标体系、探究联盟内部成员合作机制及管理模式、提升联盟稳定性等方面进一步深入研究,为政府和物流企业进行跨境物流联盟决策和运作提供理论指导与支持。
