摘要：

国外学者围绕创业企业如何通过调整来提高商业模式可行性的问题进行了卓有成效的研究,并且取得了不少值得关注的研究成果。本文首先从手段导向、建构主义、新制度主义和学习四个不同的视角对现有的相关研究成果进行了比较系统的评介;然后在指出了现有研究不足的基础上,对未来研究进行了展望。
