摘要：

资源是企业发展所必需的物质。静态的资源不能适应产业的动态变化和发展,国际市场竞争的日趋激烈促使企业不断地提高动态成长能力。从资源特性的角度分析,可以从适应能力、吸收能力、创新能力三要素促进企业动态成长能力的形成,使之适应国际化进程中的外部环境,培育国际市场上的竞争力。
