<正> 1 植物生物技术的定义与内容 20~30年前,人类由于恰当地利用了某些基因(如矮杆、高光效、各种抗病基因等),成功地进行了较大的种子革命,加上施用化肥及药物,以及灌溉条件的改善等,从而成功地实行了第1次绿色革命,使稻麦等农作物的产量大幅度地成倍增产。近年来,遗传育种的实践证明:尽管每年仍有不少新的品种被育成,可主要的农作物的生物增产潜力已开始出现徘徊不前的状况。而人口增长过多,耕地面积缩小,草场毁坏,环境污
