摘要：

本文首先追溯了"治理"这一概念在学术讨论以及政治学各分支学科中的起源。在此基础之上,文章通过介绍"欧盟治理"概念的主要特点,指出研究的两大方向:一是致力于把欧盟作为"规制国家"进行研究,二是对"新型治理模式"进行研究。文章还通过研究欧盟治理的安排是否以及怎样对成员国的治理范式造成影响,甚至改变成员国的治理范式,以及反之是否亦然的相关问题,来突出研究欧盟治理的两个核心主题。文章最后对同欧盟治理研究紧密相关的规范性关注提出了思考。
