远程缺血预适应对冠心病支架治疗患者的心肌保护作用

摘要
目的探讨远程缺血预适应对冠状动脉支架治疗患者的心肌保护作用。方法将148例行择期冠状动脉支架术的非糖尿病的冠心病患者随机分为两组:远程缺血预适应组75例,术前2 h内进行预适应处理;未行预适应处理对照组73例。观察术后肌钙蛋白I水平和4a型心肌梗死(支架术相关心肌梗死)发生率。结果远程缺血预适应组术后16 h超敏肌钙蛋白I中位数值显著低于对照组(0.11ng/ml vs.0.27ng/ml,P<0.05),4a型心肌梗死发生率显著低于对照组(39%vs.56%,P<0.05)。结论远程缺血预适应可降低择期PCI术后肌钙蛋白I水平及4a型心肌梗死发生率。
