摘要：

过去30多年来中国城市经历了飞速的改造与扩张,但普通市民使用的城市公共空间却并没有得到应有的改善。公共空间的开发,设计与管理中存在着3个主要问题：“橱窗化”反映在政府开发的市中心广场或绿地中,其布点策略与做作的纪念碑形式使市民难于使用。“私有化”描述了开发商如何为了在自己的项目中实现眼前的最大利润,不惜破坏所在城市大环境中的公共生活。而“贵族化”则暴露了各类新建公共空间中忽视中低收入市民需求的倾向。
