技能溢价与工资差距:企业层面的证据

摘要
技能溢价与工资差距的关系引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。但是,由于我国微观数据的欠缺,国内基于企业层面的研究还很少。本文首先构造一个劳动力市场的供求模型,着重分析技术进步对工资差距的影响。随后采用我国1998年和2000年5个城市的1500家企业的调查数据,分析了技能溢价与企业技术工人和非技术工人工资差距的关系。实证结果表明,在企业层面,技术进步、FD I对工资差距的扩大会有显著的影响。
