摘要：

创业研究是在从宏观状态进入微观状态并试图打开创业过程黑箱的背景之下与战略管理研究产生关联的;而联系则在于资源、成长、国际化、知识管理与组织学习、高层管理团队与治理等五个方面。本文从创业研究与战略管理研究的相互关系角度,将相关文献归为三类:交界面视角、整合视角、包容视角,并认为无论从早期诞生理由、相互联系特点,还是从有利于认识世界的知识体系的增长角度来看,交界面视角都更加合乎情理。
