摘要：

本文主要介绍了S100B蛋白的一些生物学特性和检测方法,对血清S100B蛋白水平与血脑屏障、脑损伤的关系以及它在临床上的研究进展进行了综述,并对目前血清S100B蛋白研究存在的问题和前景进行了推测和展望。
