基于产品功能拓展的企业升级研究

摘要
以往关于企业升级的研究一般都集中在基于全球价值链的企业研发和营销功能升级方面。然而,产品功能拓展也是企业升级,特别是传统产业和新兴产业融合与升级的有效途径,其内涵是技术应用领域的扩展和产品使用领域的拓展,包括四个策略维度:拓展互补或替代功能、冗余功能、模块化功能、跨产业功能。外部环境变化和内部因素影响产品功能拓展策略的形成,推动企业内外部资源整合,最终达到企业升级的效果。
