摘要：

知识链知识优势的形成本质上是动态能力发挥作用的结果。文章基于动态能力构建了知识链知识优势理论模型,并从过程视角"知识获取→知识共享→知识创造"描述了知识链知识优势的形成。通过对203份调查问卷进行实证分析,验证了理论假设,打开了从知识资源到知识优势的黑箱,为从知识优势向竞争优势转化提供了研究思路。
