电针对脑缺血大鼠血管生成素及其受体表达的影响

摘要
目的:观察电针能否促进大鼠局部脑缺血再灌注后的功能恢复,并观察电针对血管生成素及其受体表达的影响,从而探讨其促进功能恢复的内在机制。方法:成年雄性SD大鼠18只,随机分成电针组、对照组和假手术组,每组6只。大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)法造模24h后,电针组给予针刺百会、曲池、足三里,每天30min,连续治疗2周,对照组及假手术组以相同的方法予以抓取和固定。采用神经行为学评分评价神经功能恢复情况;免疫组化法从蛋白水平观察Ang-1、2,Tie-2的表达情况。结果:2周后,电针治疗组的神经行为学评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并低于假手术组(P<0.05);Ang-1、Ang-2及Tie-2的表达显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针能够促进脑缺血大鼠神经功能恢复,这种改变可能与Ang/Tie-2通路上调有关。
