<正>他汀类药物是目前临床上应用最广泛的调脂药物,大量基础实验及临床研究已经证实,他汀类药物除调脂作用外,还具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块等多方面的作用。他汀类药物在心、脑血管病二级预防中的作用已经得到循证医学的广泛支持,如欧洲卒中组织(European Stroke Organisation,ESO)2008年缺血性卒中/短暂性脑
