摘要：

炎症机制在动脉粥样硬化、斑块破裂、血栓形成和缺血性卒中的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。多重慢性感染或"感染负荷"可能是动脉粥样硬化和缺血性卒中的危险因素,急性感染可促进缺血性卒中的发生,炎症标志物(如高敏C反应蛋白)可预测缺血性卒中的发生及其预后。治疗上除传统的重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂、他汀类药物外,目前研究的药物还包括内皮素拮抗剂、伊马替尼等,均发现其具有抗炎、抗氧化作用。
