摘要：

责任式创新作为创新研究的新兴范式受到国际研究与政策的广泛关注。研究从内涵与特征、问题聚焦、维度构成、政策实践等方面详细探讨责任式创新,构建由"主体-活动-规范"、"预测性、自省性、包容性、响应性"构成的责任式创新理论框架,并提出责任式创新对我国创新政策的启示。
