摘要：
In this paper,authors put forward several arguments:the actual unemployment rate equals to the sum of unemployment rate and laid\|off rate; calculate China’s natural unemployment rate similar to that of the US;as an important indicator to macro policy,natural unemployment rate should be paid enough attention.
