信息交互能力、价值共创与竞争优势——小米公司案例研究

摘要
尝试探寻小米公司获取竞争优势背后的原因,应用探索性案例研究方法,提出信息交互能力及其研究框架.研究表明,小米通过专注、配置、应用和整合3方面信息交互资源,构筑3个层次、8个方面的信息交互能力,实现企业、用户以及合作伙伴等价值网络成员相互之间的价值共创,最终获取显著的竞争优势.信息交互能力及其研究框架不仅丰富了企业资源基础理论,更可以为中国企业,尤其是传统企业转型升级提供新思路.
