<正>卒中是人类的第二位死因,在中国为首位死因。我国目前有卒中患者超过700万,居血管性疾病之首[1-4]。每年新发病例100万200万,校正年龄后卒中年发病率为（116～219）∕10万,年病死率为（58～142）∕10万左右,幸存者中遗留不同程度残疾者占70%80%,由此造成的经济损失约100亿元[5-6]。1991年Kapen等[7]首次报告卒中患者睡眠
