摘要：

通过迭代分类法筛选出上海639家金融科技企业2008～2016年1 307个样本,并对样本进行金融属性更强和科技属性更强的分类,基于技术创新的两阶段价值链理论,通过面板负二项模型的固定效应以及面板固定效应模型,实证分析金融科技企业合作伙伴、内部人力资本对其不同阶段技术创新绩效的影响。结果表明科技活动人员、委托外单位开展科技活动经费支出、用户广度对不同属性金融科技企业的不同阶段技术创新有着不同的影响。
