摘要：

近年来食品安全问题已成为社会民生关注的焦点。而安全问题最终的原因都要归结于食品行业标准不完善,特别是对生产过程的监督不足。食品行业虽是中国最大的产业,但一直鲜有巨头产生,准入制度的制订实施将能解决这个问题。门槛的提高将对中国食品行业影响深远。
