高压下氮化氙电子结构和超导性的第一性原理研究(英文)

摘要
基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算方法,确定了XeN3和XeN6的高压相图,并计算了高压下的电子性质以及超导性质.计算结果表明,在各自的最低稳定压力点下,XeN3是带隙为1.64 eV的直接带隙半导体;XeN6是间接带隙,带隙值为1.45 eV,并且随着压力的增加金属化.态密度表明N-2p轨道和Xe-5p轨道间存在较强的耦合作用,并且费米能级处附近都主要由N-2p和Xe-5p贡献.此外,发现金属化后XeN6在高压下是超导体,并且超导转变温度与压力线性相关.
