摘要：

脑梗死治疗时间窗的个体化研究已成为新的研究热点。脑组织缺血耐受性、脑循环代谢调节机制、脑缺血灶时间和空间上的异质性、药物的选择等复杂因素是脑梗死治疗时间窗差异性与个体化的依据。基础和临床研究的进展正在使脑梗死治疗时间窗个体化成为现实。
