摘要：

颈动脉粥样硬化所致缺血性卒中的发生很大程度上取决于粥样斑块的组成成分和结构。炎症在从稳定性斑块向不稳定斑块的转变中具有十分重要的作用。近年来,有关粥样硬化斑块的病理学特征和导致缺血性卒中的机制越来越受到重视。
