摘要：

作为新的卒中危险因素,血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平升高已受到高度重视。文章对血浆Hcy水平升高与动脉粥样硬化的因果关系,叶酸在血浆高Hcy血症中的作用,以及Hcy在卒中后的变化规律作了综述。
